In the past, I used to get in a muddle about which time change did what. Then, an American colleague told me her simple phrase, ‘Spring forward, Fall back’.
Like so much in life, the simple thing is the most effective. We spring into more daylight and, in theory, better weather. More time outdoors in the fresh air, perhaps more energy from the time we wake up energised in sunlight, to the longer evenings that let us wind down the day at a relaxed pace.
Whatever your intentions, use this time to spring forward with energy towards all the possibilities in front of you.
You’ll either be taking action or watching others getting things done. It might as well be you!
