Am I achieving my goals, or having a walk in the forest?
Am I looking for business, or showing more of myself?
Probably a bit of all four.
I’ve had a good business development week, despite, as some would say, ‘not doing much for it’.
Like the forest we walked in today, business development has many faces. You need to do a lot of planting, have a bit of variety, some pruning, nurture what you have and keep things growing. Sometimes it’s good to remember that although nurturing is less visible, it can be even more effective than constant digging.
And always keep planting.
Good to get the first Cairngorms walk of 2023 done. Good to do some planting. Great to keep filling the diary!
