
Apparently ‘everything’ is opening up (depending on where you are in the UK!).
What is opening up? A breakfast time pint, gym workout, short back & sides? Or is it adopting and maintaining new ways that help us flourish more?
It’s great to do the familiar and see so many happy faces. Wouldn’t it be a shame to let our new neural pathways go to waste after 12 months? How about we mix the old with the new and do what’s best for us rather than just what we know?
Maybe if we really open up, we can start making more proactive choices, living and working the ways we want?
What are you going to keep from last 12 months and what familiar things are you going to cherish?
I’m starting with making more music…..and re-visiting familiar walks, like we did in the Cairngorms today.
