My Time is Mine

I will be doing a bit of work over the weekend, like I normally do. I ‘bunked off’ yesterday afternoon, then did some work in the evening.

I can do this because much of my time is mine. I do less full-day sessions these days, so I often have small gaps during the day. In those times I can prepare, read, play instruments, work out, walk the dog, or simply be.

The days up here are getting shorter, darker earlier, so yesterday we took advantage of a sunny afternoon to go to another beach along the coast. It was gorgeous!

Whatever parts of the day you can control, have purpose, use them, enjoy them. Do things when it suits you and those around you.
