Clear Your Cache

A long time ago, I picked up a healthy virtual habit.

When you run a virtual session, your computer works hard for you, picking up all sorts of things that deplete its power and energy, while keeping you going.

So, after every session, I clear my computer’s cache, to rejuvenate it and minimise any issues in my next sessions.

With that in mind, I also started clearing my own cache throughout the day. We all pick up things during the day that can sap our energy, so take time out to stop, breathe, do something else that changes your state and rejuvenates you for your next task.

Keep up your energy levels.
