Beside the Seaside

Sometimes, when taking a walk on the beach at home, we can see people staring out to sea. That simple-looking act can be so good for our mental health and anxiety.

There are plenty of physical health benefits of sea air. It’s great for our respiratory system, and can help with skin and sleep issues too. You don’t need to get your feet wet, just breathe in the air and feel the breeze.

Above all, it’s relaxing and great fun, with plenty to notice when you open up your senses.

Spend a day being beside the seaside.
Enjoy it and think about the good you’re giving yourself.
