Balance

So, how was your first week of 2022?

My ten-day break ended with four sessions on my first day ‘back’. A great, intense way to start the year. The rest of the week was more sedate, with an even spread of delivery, design and meetings.

Last week got me thinking about balance. The importance of light and shade, variety of work, existing and new clients, making time to relax and the rare pleasure of seeing Everton win!

We took advantage of the one gap in the diary to take a trip along the coast, walking on the beach, the dunes and spotting some resting seals.

There is more to life than work. Explore whatever is around you and get some fresh air and space. It’s where some of us get our best creative ideas and the boost to put even more energy into our work.

That balance is great for our physical and mental health.
